They are the public website terms. A membership, if you take one, is also governed by the terms the gym confirms with you at enrolment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer published on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Sending an enquiry means you have read the short privacy notice shown beside the form. It does not by itself create a membership.

You may not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the website, copy the site and present it as another business, or send unlawful, abusive or spam content.

9. Gym Rules and Regulations

10. Health and Fitness Responsibility

Exercise involves effort and physical risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is appropriate for you. Where you are unsure, consult a qualified healthcare professional before you begin or change your training.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Indian law does not allow a business to exclude. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow exclusion, and any other right that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are not a blanket waiver of your legal rights. Duties that apply to a paid membership are the duties confirmed with you at enrolment, read together with applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Please check this page when you return to the website.

Terms already confirmed with you for a current paid membership are not changed silently. A change that affects a membership you have already taken will be handled as that membership’s terms and applicable law require.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, including any right you have to approach another forum, the courts at Fatehabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes about use of this website.
